Users retain ownership of their content but grant POP permission to use submitted content for campaign reporting, marketing, and promotional purposes. POP is not responsible for third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram) or their policies. We reserve the right to remove fraudulent or inappropriate content from campaigns.
